The nose unveils a bouquet of white flowers, lemon, lime and toasted bread, accented by a subtle minerality. On the palate, vibrant citrus notes meet a refined chalky texture, softened by a touch of acacia honey. A smooth, creamy mouthfeel reflects its extended aging process, leading to a pure, saline finish.
Very perfumed Valpolicella with delicious vermouth-like aromas full of licorice, black pepper, blood oranges and sweet spices. Smooth and silky with crisp acidity and a medium body. Chalky tannins are well-balanced by the fruit concentration. Good length. Drink now.
Very vibrant and crisp for a Southern Rhone white. Ripe lemon and pomelo aromas are married to delicate creaminess on the medium-bodied palate. I love the interplay of waxy and salty character in the lively finish. A cuvee of 40% clairette, 30% bourboulenc, 20% grenache blanc and 10% ugni blanc. Fermented and matured entirely in stainless steel.
A mellow, dense and fruit-driven Châteauneuf-du-Pape with dark cherries, ripe plums and sweet spices on the nose. It’s full-bodied with fine tannins. Fleshy but in control, with a vivid finish.

This is round and creamy, offering ripe blackberries, blueberries and hints of chocolate and cedar. Medium- to full-bodied with succulent fruit and fine tannins. Compact and focused, with good length and balance overall.
Complex wine with blackberries and prunes, dark chocolate, vanilla, black pepper, licorice and graphite. Full-bodied and dense with velvety tannins, long acidity and a toasty finish. Great length.
A very dark, structured and full-bodied Chateauneuf-du-Pape with aromas of leather, tar, raw meat and a hint of wild forest berries. Still very youthful and a bit closed, but the abundant fine-grained tannins give this terrific aging potential. A cuvee of 80% grenache, 6% syrah, 4% mourvedre and 10% other traditional grape varieties. Matured for two years in large, neutral oak.
