A seriously structured dry riesling for a village wine, with excellent leesy and chalky complexity on the creamy, salty, medium-bodied palate. Still youthful and quite tightly wound in the long, complete finish. Almost at GG level and capable of aging a decade. From organically grown grapes. Vegan.
Always an excellent semillon, textured and compact. Complex aromas of apricots, beeswax, Asian pears and hints of white chocolate. Some almonds. Medium- to full-bodied with a long, creamy finish. From old vines planted in 1902, 1942 and 1936.

Already the deep spicy and smoky nose announces the seriousness of this great Rheinhessen dry riesling. Imposing stature on the medium- to full-bodied palate, but every bit as much structure, in which fine tannins and minerally acidity deftly interlock. Still very youthful, with intense, salty, preserved lemon character in the cool, extremely long finish. From organically grown grapes. Vegan.
A fruity and playful champagne brut. On the nose aromas of apples and pear pie follow through to a medium body with medium bubbles. Supple, fruity and refreshing.
This youthful Chateauneuf has a very complex nose of graphite, raw meat and lilies. With aeration the black-cherry note steadily grows in intensity. Bold, leathery and earthy palate with fine tannins that build steadily on at the extremely long and straight mineral finish.
A modern and complex Toscana with plenty of dark spices, cedar, chocolate and fresh blackberries. Fresh, juicy and lightly chewy on the palate, with a medium to full body and a long, spicy finish. I like the freshness and tension. Give it one or two years to let the wood spices meld.
Bay leaves, currants and violets on the nose with a touch of iron. It’s medium- to full-bodied, balanced and supple. I like the herb and peppercorn freshness. Blend of 77% syrah, 9% grenache, cinsault, 5% cabernet sauvignon and 1% viognier.
A profound wine with vibrancy and complexity, exuding restrained cherries and raspberries, together with touches of ash and fresh orange peel. Leafiness and meaty minerality add an extra dimension. The attack is lush and ripe, with full body, velvety tannins, refreshing acidity and violet-soaked cherries to finish. Real precision here.
