The Podere Brizio 2015 Brunello di Montalcino (an estate owned by Dievole) is a full and generous wine ready for a serving of veal and vegetables. This is an elegant and impactful expression of Sangiovese that impresses thanks to the purity and the fine nature of its aromas. Delicate fruit nuances of dried raspberry and cherry cede to dried spice, earth and crushed flowers. Those glorious floral aromas are nicely underlined with layers of lilac, violet and lavender. A touch of dusty mineral fits in smoothly on the finish.

Podere Brizio este o crama situata langa Montalcino, iar istoria sa este asociata fara doar si poate cu producerea celebrului Brunello. Recomandarea noastra de astazi, Brunello di Montalcino 2015, este un vin intens si elegant, realizat din strugurii obtinuti din podgoriile de vita de vie din Montalcino, podgorii situate la o altitudine de 300-350 de metri deasupra nivelului marii. Rosu rubiniu cu nuante de granat, vinul este unul opulent, bogat in arome, care dezvaluie mai intai notele olfactive de fructe rosii bine coapte si ierburi aromatice. Pe palat, vinul are o structura echilibrata, cu o aciditate vioaie si  o prospetime bine conturata, in special prin aromele fructate si cele de piper negru. Degustati acest vin la 17-18 grade Celsius, alaturi de branzeturi, vanat sau paste.
